On July 31, 2014, Creative Associates International convened members of the ICT4D working group for an event discussing Principle 1, Design with the User. The event was led by Ayan Kishore of Creative and featured presentations by user-centered design experts Dianna Kane from Medic Mobile, Panthea Lee from Reboot, and Tapan Parikh from UC Berkeley. The event concluded with a small-group case study exercise led by Carol Bothwell from Catholic Relief Services.
