This initiative seeks to increase the perceived value of retail work experience and the foundational skills that are acquired in retail jobs, among retail employees and employers. It’s part of a larger effort to help boost upward mobility of entry-level workers within retail and other industries. The campaign is currently being piloted in Baltimore and Chicago.
